Retail cleaning

Cleaning for sales floors that customers judge on sight

Nightly and before-open service for stores, pharmacies and multi-tenant retail centres nationwide.

Cleaning for retail facilities

A retail floor is a sales tool. Scuffed flooring, dusty fixtures and smeared entry glass cost conversion in a way that is hard to measure and easy to notice.

Retail is the deepest part of our portfolio. We service upscale mall tenants, pharmacies and multi-tenant centres, working overnight or before open so the store is ready when the gates come up.

What this environment demands

  • Service windows fall overnight or before open, never during trading hours
  • Mall and centre tenants have landlord access rules, loading dock hours and quiet-time restrictions
  • Merchandising resets and seasonal changeovers generate debris outside the routine scope
  • Entry glass and flooring carry the brand impression and need the most frequent attention
  • Fixtures, displays and stock cannot be moved without store direction
  • Retail sales floor with merchandising fixtures and displays after nightly janitorial service
  • Retail interior with woven pendant lighting and clean display surfaces
  • Apparel retail floor with herringbone wood flooring maintained by scheduled janitorial service
  • Retail pharmacy aisle with stocked shelving and clean flooring

FAQ

Retail cleaning questions

Can you work within mall tenant access rules?
Yes. Mall and shopping-centre tenants generally have defined after-hours access, loading dock windows and landlord requirements. Share the centre rules with us and we schedule crews to match.
Do you handle store build-outs as well as ongoing cleaning?
Yes. We do post-construction cleaning for retail build-outs and remodels, and can move straight into a recurring janitorial program once the store opens.
